ExpressVPN is committed to protecting your privacy. We operate under a strict no-logs policy. We do not collect, store, or share information about your browsing activity, traffic data, DNS queries, IP addresses, or connection timestamps.
When you sign up, we collect: your email address, payment information (processed by third-party providers), and app diagnostics (optional, can be disabled).
We use your email to send account-related communications and support responses. Payment information is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors. We never sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
We do not log: browsing history, traffic destination, data content, DNS queries, IP addresses assigned to you, originating IP addresses, or connection timestamps. This policy has been independently audited and verified.
All ExpressVPN servers run exclusively on RAM. This means no data can ever be written to a hard drive — when a server is powered down, all data is wiped automatically.
We use third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, others) and analytics services that operate under their own privacy policies. We choose partners who maintain strong data protection standards.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact our support team. You may also close your account at any time.
We may update this policy periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
